This version stinks

I always thought it was tacky for this app to have ads. But this update of the app triggers the ads without touching them. So, one minute you're watching your video, and the next you're spring boarded into the App Store to buy Monster Legends Mobile. Like every four minutes. Terrible. Oh, and the fact that the user interface is dreadful and the feed freezes frequently makes me want to buy a Dropcam ASAP.

I always have a gripe when anyone who develops an app. Then later updates and gives the reason for the update as bug fixes. Maybe the errors or bugs that I could be experiencing are not of the one of my fellow customer. Or were the bug fixes only a few of the things that we as customers, are experiencing and all of the fixes are not completed. All I am asking is what fixes so that I can update the app with the expectation that it will work. Not just say bug fixes. I am giving a two star rating just for this.

This app does not work with the iOS 8 update. Fix it as this is very inconvenient and dissatisfying.

App freezes with iPhone 6. Company feedback website does not have QN6401X product on required menu. Do not buy.

On my iPhone 5s with I/O 8 I can't even get past the sign up screen it locks up well back in the box and return going to buy another brand. I mean really folks it's 2014 u Really got to get these things working better and in this case at all.

This was supposed to be easy but like Deads review I was not able to sign up using the app on my iphone 5. I went to the website & through trial & error found support -- was not listed on the site as an option. So I finally was able to sign up. I went back to my phonne & went to the login screen (I had been on the signup screen) and it still would not let me access. I AM RETURNING THIS TOMORROW. If there is that many problems with just getting into the app that have not been fixed for my older phone -- what about once I start trying to use it. Not worth my time.

Everything accordingly... Only issue I have is that the Talk Button doesn't work, so I can tell my Fog to get off the Couch,,,, please Update & Fix,,, other than that, I really Iike :-)

The only thing worse than this miserable little app and the camera is Q-See’s poor excuse for support. You will get exactly what you pay for with their products.
