This app is fantastic. I do a lot of work in the field (literally- In agriculture). This app allows me to write a quick script to plot data before I ever get back to the office or start on an idea from the back of a pickup. Wonderful.

If you are looking for good apps where you can practice what you already know or even learn how to code this is the good one on python.. for other languages you can try — mobile C — both are not free but worth every penny... ??

i started teaching myself python with this app, lots of trial and error, few documentation or stackoverflow lookups, i couldn't have gotten as far as i have without the autocompletion. Needless to say, this is now basically the only thing on my ipad. Paired with Stash it blows me away how superior the functionality of this app is over any other app. Apple bought workflow, they should buy this too. Pairing the visualizations of workflow with the functionality and availabilty of pythonista, you can literally teach any right brained person to start understanding high level programming logic. i wish an identical copy of this app existed on macos. My Sublime is pretty awesome, but ive gotten so used to using python with pythonista whenever i start using python anywhere else i feel lost and distracted and just attempt to figure out how to do whatever i was doing in Pythonista instead. I hope Apple continues to relax some of their standards. I would really love for more advanced command line integration and for module compatibilty in the future. Pythonista is more valuable than your college education in my opinion.

The joy of this tool is the libraries that come with it that you need to use the iPad features plus, including a simple GUI interface. It include several popular modules including numpy, requests, and beautify soup. Worth the price! I wish it included the full script stack, but I also want a pony and a flying car. There is enough here to build some really cool applications. I just keep becoming more and more impressed as I use this!
Power app to beat all power apps

Python ported to iOS and supporting most iOS functionality. You can write simple scripts, share apps or a full blown iOS application. It has good documentation and an excellent support community. I am forever writing simple share widgets to enhance other apps. For example I use the Tap Forms data base and extend through "share" with python. Notice the reviews. It is rare to have such a high percentage of 5 stars. There is a reason for that, namely an excellent product.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. The interface is easy to understand. Especially under the limitation of iOS system, it helps manage all files in a beautiful way. The console amazed me as well. I didn’t expect I can plot figure in this app, like working on linux server, but this app not only has this feature but also shows in a great result. It can’t be the major IDE for my work, but I can use it finish 80 to 90% of my job while traveling. Best IDE on App store!

I am a casual developer with very limited knowledge but this app makes you life so easy that you can believe you are an experienced developer. I wish there was a Mac version of this.
