What a fantastic product. Fast execution speed, solid and reliable, great editor, huge amount of libraries, lots of development tools, adequate documentation. The ui module and the scene module are very well implemented. Congratulations to the developers. Highly recommended.

iPad + keyboard + Pythonista = Powerful Portable Programming. I recently got an iPad with a keyboard and let me tell you this is my favorite application now. With the multitask screen option i can watch tutorials and program at the same time. I use my iPad more than my PC now! There are limitless things you can do with this app. With the latest version you can create your own widgets essentially making this app function like Workflow and Launch Center Pro or any app that you can think of.

Seriously. If you've found your way here on the iOS App Store, you know what you're looking for -- and no, you're not dreaming, you've found Pythonista. This is where your life gets amazing, right here. In your hand you can use your personal Python skills and/or the endlessly convenient documentation embedded in the app's interface to get. stuff. done. The power that this app & Editorial for iOS (same Dev) are capable of is pretty much the most impressive reminder that our iPhones are about a hundred other things that are brilliant before we even note that it's also A PHONE. In the meantime, it's too easy to get "distracted" with this productive piece of software that you likely never knew existed when you first bought your iOS device. I can't say anything that hasn't been said before by other customers -- this is the type of iOS app that is so ridiculously more important, genius, useful, and practical, that most folks wouldn't ever DREAM it could exist & function flawlessly (as it does) on anything other than a powerful tablet or desktop etc. The fact it exists -- and HAS existed for years(!) -- on iOS for your iPhone & that people have been writing, editing, or messing around with heaps of Python 2 & 3 program code, for all sorts of purposes, should be the most celebrated iOS app developer accomplishment to date. But instead people would rather throw their money on "GTD" apps that are over priced, or play games....ugh. Do yourself a favor and check out Editorial (and if you are interested in learning any variant of Python, Pythonista 3 as well!). At worst, Editorial will be your most trusted, favorite, Swiss Army Knife iOS App that puts bloat ware like "Office" and other one-function-only apps to shame. You'll be using it to compose your email drafts, take notes, and google stuff in no time. And hey...who knows...maybe you might learn a thing or two -- which has never hurt anyone. Okay, okay. I'll stop worshipping this dev's altar, but I can't imagine ANY ONE who knows what these apps are for trying them out & actually being unhappy or unsatisfied. If such a person exists, show them to me, and I'll show you a helplessly impossible soul. Cheers.

A very powerful tool for both iPhone and iPad. UI editor is beautiful and so very essential and the scene module is powerful and easy to use. Best $9.99 ever!

Can be made even better. Have scipy library, which is often used in many algorithms. Have more standard GUI ui views/options (buttons/selectors) etc.
