I’ve had this game 4 years, it’s my favorite. It won’t open and I tried to uninstall and reinstall, everything! I’m pretty far in the game and this upsets me! What can I do?

Our community group and I enjoy the game, but starting to get boring it’s like seeing the same movie over and over. Is there going to be any change soon? Should we start looking for another game. Also it has quite a few things they have to work with. Also, I don’t have them linked to my phone number since this is my work not personal number so that’s properly why I don’t see them on it, but I do see a friend from another country and when I try sending her a life it’s an error.

Game still won’t open with new update

I was really hoping this update would fix the issue but since the last update and now this update the game still won’t open. Please fix.

Been playing for years. Was all the way at the end with many extra lives, scepters etc. loaded the recent update and lost it all. Sent me back to level 01 and lost all my extras. Very frustrating. Love the game. But this ain’t worth it.

I lost my game and several years of progress. I have been trying to get them to return my levels and contacts. I have been given the run around and customer service has been horrible. I have asked for a supervisor to contact me to no avail. I invested $$ into this game and feel cheated. Don’t spend a dime!!!

When I go to access the lives that are sent by friends, the app just closes. When I try to access App Support, I get a 404 error- No site found. How do I get help?

This is one of my favorite games. But It’s not opening.
