No longer works!!!!!

This game was great, until it wasn’t. Now I am no longer able to open the app. When I touch the icon, the games appears to be coming up, and then disappears from the screen! What kind of crazy gem is this?!?!

Love this game but after only getting to level 130, I believe. It just became too hard unless you buy boosters and I just can’t afford that! If the game becomes too difficult, it’s just no longer enjoyable so I eventually just deleted the game

I was on episode 191, level 2944. I did enjoy playing this game, but King has wiped out my boosters and gold bars three times so i will buy more. They have also denied access to the lives that friends send and the game just shuts down. I will not be buying any more boosters, gold bars or lives. I too will be looking for a different game to play and not one made by King.

This game gives you nothing. No daily rewards. You have to keep buying in order to have jokers, extra cards, etc. You can’t win any rounds without them. I only play with the five lives they give you and then I’m done. What a joke!

My game will not come back. It stopped a few weeks ago. Will not even load. Help

My app won’t open

For the past two days, I have not been able to open and play this game. It automatically closes. All other apps on my phone have been working properly. Also, just a thought - why can’t jokers be carried over to your joker bank if they are not used during a level? I would rather have one in the bank than given 2000 points at the end of a round. Had to delete the app and then download it again. Lost all of my previous purchases, boosters and rewards. This is completely unacceptable. I demand either an increase in boosters and rewards bank or refunds for “emptying” my piggy bank at least twice over the past few weeks. I see that others have voiced this complaint. My email address is incorrect on my login because I am tired of constant spam sent to the old email. My profile name is Vidalia and am currently on level 3050. Please restore all previous rewards or credit my account. Thanks!
