the app took my money/didn’t give me my rubies

For some reason after i made a purchase for 25 rubies the game crashed and prompted me to close the close <twice> and restart the game. After i did so the app told me the purchase was successful but it didn’t give me what i purchased and told me an error occurred and to contact the app’s help i want my 25 rubies. This app has be out for way too long to be having this many bugs and i find it mighty convenient it just purchase was successful but i wasn’t able to obtain my items.

I love the game!! But there is one issue- I’m not sure if it’s only on my phone or it’s a glitch- anyways whenever I play a level the game won’t let me put down a block that can fit in a space. Like I have a space it can go so I try to place it there and the game won’t let me. It’s only the block with thee in a row and one sticking out ( the mang block I think). And yes, I’ve triple checked to see if that block can be placed there :))

This BT21 game is super fun and if you are an army you will be addicted to it you get to choose which character you want to start with and then bam you are in the game it is really addictive just a fair warning ?
