I haven't played in a while and I'm having trouble getting back to the game. After I login through my Facebook account it just me the opening page playing the game music but that's it.

I love this game and enjoy playing it. However, I have been rarely able to play ads to get rewards (spin shooky/extra hearts/gift box). It is more frustrating when they are needed to complete quests/stamp events/etc. the game works well overall but this problem has remained for a while now.
