I work out 5x's a week, and this app provides a great kick in the butt for maintenance of my push-up reps. When you stick to a regimented workout routine you can forget to do your push-ups, not with this app.

It's could be good but the amount of push-ups it wants me to do in week one is more then the initial amount I could do. It's messed up! Fix and I'll re-review it.

Started with only being able to complete 18 push ups now that is less than a warm up set for me! If you are motivated then this app is for you, if you can't handle the intensity of 3-5 times a week go ahead and stay on the couch.
