With Pulse 24 you can examine in detail your resting and activity heart rate directly on your Apple Watch.

Pulse 24 will also keep you notified with dynamic notifications when your resting heart rate is outside your limit values.

***Detailed view of your 24 hour resting and activity heart rate***
Pulse 24 lets you examine all of your recorded heart rate points within 24 hours on a minute level. This way you can easily get detailed information of your daily heart rate directly on your watch.

With the help of the timeline view you can quickly spot and jump to interesting points within the 24 hour time period.

***Dynamic notifications***
Receive informative dynamic notifications and decide if you want to examine your heart rate in more detail. You can set your personalised high and low limit values directly on your Apple Watch. You need to add Pulse 24 complication on your watch face and allow notifications on your Apple Watch before you will start to receive dynamic notifications. Note: notifications and complication updates could be postponed by your Apple Watch if your battery level is too low.

***Notification History***
Examine your daily notification history on your Apple Watch. See how many times your personalised high and low limits have been reached. Days with notification info also contain your daily average resting heart rate and your highest and lowest heart rate within that day. Note: this information will be collected only when you have notifications enabled and Pulse 24 complication added to your watch face.

***Smart Complication for your watch face***
Even if you do not want to enable notifications the Pulse 24 complication is a great add to your watch face. It shows your latest resting heart rate reading accompanied with a white dot if the reading was outside your limit values. If your latest heart rate reading is related to activity the complication shows a running icon instead of a heart icon.

***Works as an independent app on all Apple Watch models***
After giving rights to necessary health data on your iPhone you can use all of the functionality in Pulse 24 directly on your Apple Watch. Dynamic heart rate notifications work beautifully also on the original Apple Watch model.

So far love the app!
MegsiePoo00

Hello!! I’m in congestive heart failure with a icd device waiting for a transplant so this app is great! My question would be, is there anyway my husband could somehow get the data on me somehow? I love the iMessage but it would be great if he could see the information while I’m sleeping or doesn’t want to ask AGAIN what it is! Ha!

Apple Watch
oml this app ?

This isn’t showing up on my Apple Watch but it says in the app on my phone my heart rate

Horrible privacy policy(not as bad any more)
nunuv

Didn’t even open the app after reading the privacy policy. The only thing missing is a middle finger emoji to describe what they think of your privacy. Update(12/4/2017): Developer has written me and updated their privacy policy. A much better policy than prior. Added a couple stars just for being responsive to the privacy policy. I’ll monitor this and update my rating when I get a chance to look closer and consider trying the app again.

Great app. I enjoy using it.

No iPhone app?
Midn1ghtsun

It’s frustrating that the only thing I get on the iPhone is a lesson on how to use the watch app with a little pulse measure at the top. The clock in the pulse is not correct either. Please give me access to the information on the watch via my iPhone. Please allow alerts on the iPhone for measurements outside of range (for training feedback).

Good, Could Be Better
mrs_pdc

I like that it tracks the heart rate on the watch, but I wish we could review the data on the phone app. It would be nice if it kept a history by date, on the app.

Waste of money
josafanna

This app is useless! Heart Analyzer is much better than this and it’s free!

Get what you pay for

Alerts are pretty laggy and would be nice to be able to see the trends on my phone.

Poor

Can’t see any information only a tutorial of how to use the app.
