TONS of issues

Have the app on iPhone as well as Microsoft Surface. Some issues we have seen: crashes when you try to sync, does not save pictures to opportunities that you can see on Salesforce, freezes up, you "save" a record to then realize it did not actually save it and send it to Salesforce, have had to u install and reinstall just to get it to sync (but deletes everything when you do that), and a few other things. Can the developers fix these issues? It's very frustrating for a sales force if they cannot have this work properly.

Older app but have been using on Windows 10 and now trying iPad app. Has been working offline and syncing.
