I've used this app for several months now and love it. The app gives me all of my information in a format that I can can easily view and modify. Whenever I've had an issue, their support staff has responded very quickly to understand the problem and provide an update to correct the issue. Additionally, they follow up after the update to ensure that the issue has been resolved. What more can you ask for? Thank you Luminix.

This app is great for Sales Management and Sales Representatives. The speed to document information is much faster than on the salesforce website. The app also has great pipeline reporting. LinkedIn users will also love this app as it functions very well to show your LinkedIn contacts within the account page. Very innovative and easy to use application!

This is the best salesforce for iPad app out there. HW & SW are one thing, their customer service is excellent, Geetha is amazing. Better than Touch. I really love the offline and then syncing - it really "just works". Will get even better as time goes on. This puts the "sales" back in Salesforce.

Great SFDC app for offline use and superior customer service

This is an outstanding app for Salesforce user to enter and search contacts, leads, and opportunities. I loaded a previous version this summer and was impressed with the ease of use and functionality for data entry in the field in front of customers. I had a serious glitch while using iOS 5.1 on iPad1 where my data would disappear before it could be saved. The Luminex Tech Team was deployed by the CEO and they resolved it rather quickly and the follow up was magnificent !! I felt as if the company was part of my team !! That is superior customer service. If you use an iPad in the field, have a SFDC license, and don't want the inconsistency of a Wifi/3G/4G connection, then this app is a must have !!! Looking forward to upgrading to the iOS7 version as soon as I upgrade the iPad. Thrilled to be Using

This app is junk. I currently have it open in my other iPad. It crashes all the time. Right now the program is unresponsive as I type this review. I am trying to search for an opportunity. The search field won't let me type in it, but it is auto-generating random characters..... This is what I am dealing with after waiting approx. 20 MINUTES FOR THE APP TO SYNC FOR THE FIRST TIME. Pulsar is a useless piece of crAPP.

With this new release searching through records is pretty fast and there are many cool features that come in handy for a truly mobile salesforce user. Kudos to the team!

When on the road I don't always have access to internet connections. Pulsar gives me the option to access and edit saleforce information regardless of my connection status. It may not have the same features as other salesforce apps but it is the only one I have found that allows me to work off-line. I would recommend this for anyone who has a sales territory that takes them to areas with poor cell reception or an Ipad without a data plan.

The ability to keep it synced and use with out Internet connection is key for the traveling sales rep. The UI is nice and easy. I may end up using this more the Salesforce1.
