Kroger is better

Zanēta

So you HAVE to make an account to even LOOK at the app which takes forever and needs way too much personal info. Then when you finally get to use the app, it’s broken. I looked up “blue bell sugar free vanilla” and it shows me every vanilla extract, 3 blue bell ice creams (only one of which had vanilla) a bunch of unrelated crap then the blue bell vanilla(regular) and a bunch more unrelated crap.. we will be sticking to Kroger’s app which actually works

Please fix

Stefani_C

I used to really like this app. But it's changed so much and now I can't even see that ad. It says no results.

App is still trash

xts007

It used to to work but now I login in my settings are grated out and with the new update today I login and will only show the choose store screen I can’t go past it but yet when I try to choose that at my preferred store that button is also grayed out honestly useless app

“No results found”

Thekitchenman

I used to use this app every week to get the weekly ad and now, even after deleting and reinstalling the app, I still get this “no results found “ message. I’ve seen a response from the developer saying it could be a problem with my account, but why would others be having the same issue? Seems like it’d be a problem with the app, not multiple users.

Coupons

cleoesther

I am so disappointed in the change on coupons. No more than one coupon per item. Using coupons was the only affordable way for me to shop at Publix.

Broken

Droidthis

Downloaded latest app and it can’t find weekly ad, deals, etc.

Where’s the ad?

cjhazzard

I can’t access the weekly ad since the latest update!

Still isn’t working - update - I fixed my issue

Ala-red

Update 8/22/19 - turns out my issue was within my profile. I had not entered a phone number in my profile which was ok prior to the redesign. Now, the phone number is required. Note to developers: I understand a phone number is required if you plan to use this app for online order and pickup or delivery. But, I will never be using this app for that option and should not be penalized because I don’t want to give a phone number. I just downloaded the new version of the app with hopes that the data problem was fixed. I still get a ‘Sorry, no results found’ message on everything I select. This began with the redesigned app. Get your act together developers. I suggest you try using it in the wild yourself since I’m not the only who appears to have this problem.

Broken Once Again

Invictus

It seems to be on an annual basis that the developers break the app, which to be fair is not a bad average, just really annoying for convenience. With this most recent update you cannot access the weekly ad or weekly savings from within the app as you could previously. This great for seeing what was on sale by department to plan my shopping trips. Now they simply do not load which I imagine they will fix eventually but for now is a great way for them to force people into the store-pickup and delivery sections which then opens up the Publix Instacart App. All in all not a bad app, just has a serious disconnect between the developers and testers/users.

Worse again!

Agliofiore

I didn't think it was possible, but you managed to make an already clunky app even worse!
