This is the worst app I have ever downloaded. Nothing works right, it constantly deletes my list, and when I try to link my account for coupons, it won’t let me. I love shopping at Publix and their staff is amazing. But their app is HORRIBLE. This is my first time ever reviewing an app because I am so frustrated with Publix.
New app is dysfunctional

Previously I used the Publix app every week to see weekly sales and BoGo and order online deli products. The new app no longer allows me to view any sales at any location. It is also rather awkward to navigate. I look forward to an update/fix. I can still order online (deli meats and such - I like to order ahead because the line is so long), but other that that the app is completely useless.

Weekly ad? “Sorry, No results found.” All deals? “Sorry, no results found.” Want to browse our weekly deals? “Give is your personal information first for the pleasure of spending your money in our store.” I don’t care about your curbside pickup or ordering in the app. I care about quick reference and continence. You guys have OBLITERATED this from your app. By Allison!

I haven’t been able to view any nutrition label info on the new update. I’ve tried different foods and nothing. So frustrating.

when you get the message “Sorry no results found” (for every store in town) when you try to access the current ad. I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again but that didn’t fix the issue.

Usually the app is just okay but here lately I can’t look at the weekly ad. It says no results. I do like the online ordering but I wish they would alert it up more like the Kroger app when you search for sale items and coupons and fix what is broken.

Don't pay for Premium!
Just did the app update on iPhone today and now I cannot log in. The info about the update said they added the ability to pay for your groceries from the app. It doesn’t say if you can do that for groceries in the store. In the past, Publix hasn’t accepted Apple Pay for in-store purchases. I wonder if that has changed.
Does not work. Developers seem to not test their own code. Blatant showstopper bugs.

If you try to view the weekly sales specials, the app just instantly says “no results.” I’ve tried closing and reopening the app, logging out and back in, and different locations. It literally never works. It’s as if the developers never actually tested their own product. It’s such a blatant bug, it’s ridiculous. Their competitor’s app works. That’s where I’ll take my business.

You should have left it the way it was originally! It hasn’t worked since you changed it! And your response to half of these complaints is so patronizing. It’s NOT the user, it’s the app.
