App locks up when attempting to use "manage" part...renders this app worthless.

I can't really leave a review since every time I try to use the app, manage symptoms it freezes on me. I was actually really excited about this app to help with following and noting my symptoms for myself and therapist but it's honestly useless since I can't do anything on it. A real shame.
Please update this app

This app keeps freezing. Can't use it so it's useless. I think the app is a great idea but what's the point of it if you can't use it. Needs to be fixed ASAP. By reading the reviews I'm not the only one who is having this issue

I'm very excited for this app, but I went to setup up my contacts and the app freezes. I'm currently running iOS 8.4.
Symptom Management does not work on iPhone

After taking the assessment, me (and another iPhone user) clicked on symptom management. As we attempted to select any symptom it caused the program to freeze. The other tools are decent, but this feature is probably the most important. Clicking on app support only took me to a va.gov website that told me where to download the app.

This has all of the info that I wish was easily available on the Internet. Five stars for content, but... Unfortunately, the app freezes.
Great concept, way too buggy

This is a great concept and design, but the app is so buggy (freezes) on my iPhone5S that if I tried to use it for what it is designed I'd probably become even more agitated. Please do more bug testing / fixes
