Useless App

You can't log in to the app. It's ridiculous! When you first start the app it asks you to login. Then it sends a code via text message for you to enter. The problem is every time you check the text for the code and come back to enter it, the app has you start over again from the beginning. It doesn’t stay on the screen where you enter the code. Needless to say it’s a vicious cycle that leads you nowhere. Can’t even use the app. What's the point of sending a verification code when you can't enter the code because the screen goes away? And there's no way to email the developers to let them know about it. STUPID!
I love it but I think it needs this.

I love it so far it works nicely I just think it would be better if it had this. I think when you connect to your PlayStation system I think you should be able to turn the PlayStation on with actually going to it and turning it on manually. Other then that I think it is great so far.
Can’t connect controller to main account

Ok PlayStation please read this update the app so I can connect my controller to main account whenever I bring up the app and want to connect my controller to my account I can’t it just disconnect me and I’ve been trying for a while now and it still won’t work so please read this but everything else is really good

When i use my controller I have to go on a different account because if I click my account it just turn pitch black if you want to play on your main account with skins on fortnite or apex you just can play on it on the app on fortnite

As soon as you sign in the app resets, and logs you out as if you never attempted to sign in.

I had no problem when I connected my device app to Ps4 then you and Disney/Apple are fighting because you destroy Spider-Man. Now my app doesn’t work a mistake no, just scumbags control my device with network.

First off, this app is great, it runs fairly well and nothing is too cumbersome, but you guys need to make it so that I can use just the mic on my phone while still using my controller, it’s really annoying to have to play games like overwatch and rainbow six siege on my phone because my headphone jack is broken, and I want to use my mic, other than that, it’s an amazing app, that I’ve found really useful
