See I was really looking forward to finally be able to play my ps while I’m away. One major problem it will not let me sign into my account at all. I fill out my information click continue. Aaaaaaaaannnnnnddddd then returns me back to the sign in page every single time. P.S. developers if you happen to read this please fix this. It is aggravating. P.P.S I am using an IPhone 6

Very disappointing. Im in the same room as my PS4 and I can’t use the controller because it logs me out of my remote play. What’s the point of this app? I find it hard to believe that this wasn’t intentional, though the rationale escapes me. Also, really disappointing to see so many people stating this same complaint but still rating it 4-5 stars. Thanks for basically working against yourself and the rest of us for ever getting this fixed. Sony sees a good App Store rating and moves on without ever updating this app in a meaningful way.

Needs a lot of improvement... You need to make the button’s bigger and you need to make it to where the buttons don’t disappear all the time!!!! Also to where it doesn’t Freeze and glitch all the time and also fix it to where it it will actually stay connected to your phone!!!!

So I got 2 ps4 and 1 has a broken hdmi port I can’t use my phone for it to transfer data I have on there and there’s some data I really want I also have no clue where I can take it to get it fixed

I think there needs to be a control update for the gaming it’s decent but it’s really hard to control and there should be an option to change the controls for it to be easier for the player but this is great been waiting for this for a long time thx

Will there be a way we can play without having to being home in the future? because I was thinking of buying r play just because of that feature.

Until the app supports using a DS4 this app is useless. The ds4 is currently enabled to connect to an iOS device as of the 12.4 update. Don’t needs to update the app soon to take advantage of that. Also, they need to allow the user to connect without WiFi. My cell service is just as fast and reliable as most WiFi networks and I have unlimited data. Just allow the user to turn WiFi only on if they want. Once those two updates are made I’m sure it’ll be a five star app. But for now it’s just a novelty.
