Freezes every time

The app is it useless. Freezes every time I’m using it within a minute. If I scroll my lists or touch it at all it freezes. If somehow I managed to get to a monitor it will freeze before the first refresh. And yes I have deleted the app and tied to reinstall.
Amazing, but Bug Within Settings Menu

This is an amazing tool with a lot of functionality for monitoring devices on the go. The one problem I’m having on iOS though is the fact that when I go to my settings menu, all text is invisible until I click on something, so I have no clue what settings I’m changing or enabling. This is critical for changing notifications on my device, etc, so once this gets resolved I would change my rating to 5 stars.
Freezing and crashing

App freezes the crashes when viewing a device and tapping back to go back to the top level. Cloud trial off to a rocky start already....

This app has been typically great for me, but I’m starting to see the app just freeze and you have to close it and reopen. After reopening, it freezes again. I’ll rate more stars once the app is fixed

App freezes when trying to view certain sensors. I have iPhone 12 with iOS 14.2.1.

App freezes when selecting a sensor after launching. Can’t actually see any of my sensors or interact with them. I’m on iOS 14.2.1 and app version 20.3.0.
Good but Missing an Important Feature

I work for a company that heavily utilizes PRTG with over 20,000 sensors. Given that many every once and a while PRTG will throw false alarms because it simply didn’t receive a packet, some weird WMI error, etc. To make this app useful, it really needs the “Scan Now” button present on the full browser version. I’d much prefer tapping it on my phone at 3AM than having to get up, log into my computer, just to tap “Scan Now” and watch it go away.

Well done and checks all the boxes I need for monitoring on the go. Widgets appear to not be working on iOS 14.4.1; they come up as blank boxes. If this gets fixed, easily 5 stars.
