As a multiclient consultant / engineer - PRTG is my "goto" monitoring, response and ticketing platform software for everyone from executives and managers to engineers and developers, product managers, network admins, helpdesk supes and staff, to service technicians. No matter the size of the company, including the largest of networks, this is the solution serious network and information managers and consultants should be installing and pushing out to mobile clients.

I especially like the push notifications for this app. No more trouble setting up notifications. It just works!

I searched for a long time looking for a network monitoring solution that was effective and simple. Since this review is for the app and not the PRTG software, I wills simply say that the software is amazing and solid. As far as the app goes, I’m very pleased. The app is gorgeous and stable. It presents the info very cleanly and keeps you informed easily. My favorite feature of the app has to be the widget that is available in the notification center. It is incredibly easy to pull down the notification center and instantly get updates on your network. From there you can click on any of the status boxes to dive into more detail. Great job, developers. This is a phenomenal app that makes notifications easy to use, and very convenient to look into.

The notification center widget was working fine before the last update. Now it keeps getting "Server unreachable" even though the app works when i open it.

I had to downgrade back to 15.2.11 because after the upgrade to 15.4.13 PRTG kept displaying connection error. I have the latest full release on my monitoring server which is working fine. After downgrade all is fine. This issue affected by my iPad and iPhone which are running the latest iOS release. 9.2

Worth every penny I use this to monitor around 2000 sensors. It is a nice quick interface that keep you in the loop when you are out of the office.
