I recently switched my business email to ProtonMail. I’m getting used to the app. I wanted to know if you will have a couple of settings coming in the future. Email conversation grouping ? Flagged Emails

Wasted hundreds of $
I have been a paid user of ProtonMail and the VPN client for 4 years now. My account has been hacked many times now, and despite having the old passwords, the date of when I opened the account first, the cc info for how I paid for it over the years - ProtonMail’s support won’t decrypt my old emails such that I can view them once again. Furthermore, when adding an alias, i mistyped it without realizing until after I had submitted it. This resulted in me not being able to use it ... ever. I have written into the support team several times about all of the issues I have experienced to no avail. The email support is so poor for someone who has spent hundreds of dollars on ProtonMail and it’s VPN, I am considering migrating everything into a Microsoft Enterprise for Business with domain capability and Azure to manage aliases. ProtonMail doesn’t have a bridge available to iOS users such that we can use other email clients for email / calendar / contact integration. It gives ONE @pm.me allowance for Plus subscribers. It doesn’t have the automatic option to separate incoming email vía alias. It also has such limited storage, with no way to store documents like a Google or One Drive. I have never used the calendar since there isn’t integration or functionality with Siri or really anything else. ProtonMail is definitely lagging behind in so many ways that I can’t see how it can remain competitive when other apps are beginning the use of AI as personal assistants with voice dictation and control, addition to calendar and contacts with ease, and clean interfaces where the web browser isn’t required to make changes and / or view security logs. Over 4 years, nothing has changed besides the addition of the VPN client - which slows down my computer tremendously despite choosing the fastest server with a secure core. To say I’m disappointed and have wasted a lot of money is the least - Microsoft “Exchange” or Outlook 365 even has the option to encrypt, and I can’t see G Suite lagging behind much on PKIs - Microsoft and GoDaddy domains also offer the option to back up emails - a stark difference from the decryption for safety that ends up badly damaging those of us who are hacked despite 2FA. ProtonMail won’t even consider a physical security key for 2FA! So I will be migrating out and moving on as my voice simply isn’t heard anywhere - not by customer support, not in the forums, and probably not even here! Thanks but no thanks!

I truly love this service, and the hard work these people put into security and privacy. I switched from gmail years ago, and never looked back. I ended up switching to their visionary plan as well, and routing all of my email for my website through it too. I hope their values never change! As long as they remain the same, theyll have me as a life long customer

For some reason, my review keeps getting DELETED. Reloading again. App works as described except for a few issues: 1) We need to be able to adjust the font size and color. The tiny gray on white fonts used may be easily read if you are in your 20s but, as you get older, these fonts are more difficult to read. It would be nice to be able to increase the font size and have better contrasting font color on white. Surprised the devs haven't figured this out yet. 2) App badge shows there's one unread message but all messages have been read! There doesn't appear to be a way to reset the badge counter to zero so no badge is displayed.
Wont interface with other email servers

It won’t Interface with other email servers especially Gmail this app used to work long ago I made an account several years ago and it worked great with any email now it is very limited and I think I’m gonna delete it... proton mail you need to make your interface more user friendly to other servers and companies? ....

...I could really realy use a “filter”/map or menu option/search for ‘unread’ emails.
May be good on privacy, but needs to be more user-friendly

You cannot select all emails in a given folder for quick, mass deletion. You have to go through them at 50 at a time maximum. Also, the mobile app, when you pull down to refresh the inbox, the progress wheel just spins and spins and spins. The only think that would fix it was to reinstall the app.
