I've been trying to unsubscribe for a week and I send email and they don't cancel, they just send me emails because I want to unsubscribe since I've justified myself.

The voice/program used to pronounce the words is robotic and not very clear. Text showing how to pronounce the word would be really helpful.

I wanted to cancel my subscription and get my money back. it was their mistake, because the application says that I do not have a subscription to them, but they withdraw money. I asked to cancel the subscription and return the withdrawn money, but in response I received requests to stay and then they simply closed my question and no longer respond to letters. money is not refundable. do not recommend this developer!
