I am very dissapointed, I'm unable to unsubscribe, they charged me without any prior notice and you can not cancel it!

I am travelling all the time
Although I paid for the subscription, the words booster app was not accepting me as a member and asking me to pay again. I emailed the company but no response. Had been a real sad experience.

Freaking fool!!!! I lost $10.99 just for this stupid app, and it still not work ? I already paid but when I join the app, it request $9.99 more ?

Terrible costumer service. I was trapped by them. I tried to cancel “my trial subscription “ before was ended and they answered “we will contact you in two days”; and after that, they charged me for a subscription fee that I didn’t want!! So don’t want to be trapped? Don’t get the “free trial”….
