I need to be able to log out and redo all of my information because the app has completely frozen on my first paycheck and direct deposit doesn’t work after 3 months.

Good job bringing back the old Time and Labor. The recent update was not user friendly at all. Keep this old one please.
App and website are trash

The app just stopped showing me my time and labor. It says location not allowed the help bot dont help anyone it just says to login (even though you are already logged in to even use the app) and sends a link to the equally useless website. When you login there it just goes to the windows xp era looking dashboard whith no helpbot or any reference to you even needing help. If you swith back to app the helpbot just posts the same link. It’s disturbing to think these people are in control of my payroll and hours in any way. I could train a monkey to do a much better job

When you punch in to work, it says punch accepted. Then when you look at punches it is hit or miss. People are coming to work and punching in only to find out when they leave they have been off the clock all day. Night shift people are punching in and when they punch out in the morning it actually punches them in. When you pull up time card it’s a whole week of punching in and no outs. Come on people, how hard is it to actually have a punch in button and a punch out button. Our HR person says this system is a nightmare. The whole program is buggy.

Every time I buy something afterwards when I go back on the app it never shows how much money I still have on my card it’s just the same numbers while I believe it should go down considering I been buying things with that card

So you can view your W2 in the app, but I don’t see a way to download it. The workaround is to take a screen capture, but that feels like a pretty cheap solution to something that should be baked in.
