Password not working on Application but works online

I reset my password three separate times and the application still refuses to let me login. An absolutely frustrating, nuisance, and joke of an app.

Despite resetting the password every time I go to log in the screen wiggles as if to tell me I have done something wrong. And it offers no way to reset or any option really. How about a plan B on this app fellas?
No one monitors the site

You complete the process and the bat graph that shows HR activity never moves. You have no idea if your resume has been seen or reviewed.

Having the app is a game changer as a hiring manager. My last company used lever and using their mobile webpage wasn't easy. Way easier to keep up with my recruiting stuff on the go with this app!
App doesn't work

App doesn't work most of the time. Very frustrating to work. It hangs most of the time doesnt load any data

Nice to have a SmartRecruiters app so I can check my hiring activity during my morning commute. Feature set is still limited, but I'm sure there's more to come.
