This app is just what I was looking for. I have it set to chime or gong with the sound of a Tibetan signing bowl and then gradually increase in volume as the interval between gongs decreases. You can adjust most parameters to come up with the perfect program for you. It is far superior to the mechanical zen clocks that cost a whole lot more and are not nearly as reliable.

This alarm bell (all you can chose is bells) says you can choose different lengths of time for your alarm to progress in noise. Well they are liars because the minimal (2:50) and the max (10:45) are exactly the same. This is a terrible alarm and sense I cannot seem to find a “real” progressive alarm for iPhone I am buying an actual progressive alarm off Amazon.

Love the Zen style wake up with Tibetan bowls. The sounds get louder and shorter between the longer you lay there. Gentle way to come out of it. Choice of bowl sounds and intervals. Perfect

This app is same idea: a gong that repeats, so you wake up slowly instead of being jolted. Plus it's more flexible, and does not break like the fancy but shoddy clocks do. App could use some redesigning but it's already very good -- I'm a regular user and glad to have it!

All of my 20+ night shift years began being jarred out of sleep by the raucous sound of my typical, average alarm clock. Prior to smart phones and apps I invested in a Now And Zen alarm however it was so difficult to set I’d keep raucous set as well in case I failed. I found this app in my retired years however better late than never and I am sooooo pleased. The bells sound extremely realistic. Setting the alarm is a breeze. My setting is dark and my volume lower than max. I’m usually awakened by the first bell but I may listen to a few more for the pleasure of it. I can’t sufficiently praise this app. My only suggestion to users: If you use a Bluetooth headset don’t forget to turn it off unless you’re planning to use it. To the developer- Many Thanks ??

The only thing missing (that would have me give it 5 stars) is that I can’t add my own sound or music clip... you only get your choice of 6 ringing bowl sounds to choose between. They are nice, but I’d prefer to be able to select my own sounds. That said, I love the variety of fade in options, plus the choice of what I’d like to happen if I hit snooze, and more. The interface is pretty, straightforward and intuitive. Good product.

I adore this alarm clock! I have a pacemaker, so being jolted awake by a loud alarm clock has been a struggle for years! The progressive feature allows me to wake a little more softly, allowing me to gentle pull awake. Honest, best app on my phone - I've recommended it to dozens of friends - they seem really happy, too!
