I might have said more about it’s photo capabilities, but when it interrupts me every time I use it and demands a review I’m annoyed. I would have bought a different photo app if I had known this beforehand.

I’ll adjust my review if it’s something I messed up, but I was just shooting a time lapse @5 second interval, 30 fps with no cutoff time for video length. I just happened to be watching the screen somewhere after the twenty minute mark and the TL just stopped shooting and it said saved and stopped the recording altogether. The phone was on a tripod and I wasn’t touching it at all. I hit the record button again to start a new one and it recorded another 8 minutes before I stopped it manually to finish what I needed so I know the camera wasn’t full. What would be causing this to happen? If it’s not reliable for this, that’s an issue! Edit 9/7: I was contacted by a developer stating the option that cuts off the time lapse. As I stated in my original review, that option was already set to off but it still happened. I did confirm it again after being contacted just to be sure. I’m not sure how to reply to them so I’m leaving this in case they see it. Maybe I’m missing something else...

Clumsy app that misses focus and does not give you a proper, or even usable, exposure measurement. Deleted, wish I would have bought lunch instead : (

I assumed the app would just save to camera roll and started shooting an hours worth of content and every time I ended the clip it said saved. After I was done I went into camera roll only to discover the had not saved any of the clips and I had lost hours worth of video. Not recommended

There are a lot of (confusing) buttons on this app if you are not a super savvy video type person. There are also a lot of limitations on what you can or cannot do with this app. For instance, it seems to not allow selfie mode in 4K recording, which is not spelled out in the information I researched about the app before I made the purchase. I do a lot of self-recording and expected a paid app to allow me the ability to record in whichever direction I choose and at the speed/resolution of my choice. Sorta a waste of money. Very disappointing. While I appreciate the response from the developer, it doesn’t change my opinion about the app. Clarity is key when marketing a product to consumers. If things had been more clear, I probably would not have made the purchase. Not because ProCam is a bad product, but rather just not the product for my needs. Seems like many others are enjoying the app, so maybe it just means my experience is one of the rare unpleasant ones.

I have to say I adore this app. I like it’s simple intuitive design, I would love it if I could modify the icons with a few options. It would be nice. Something shiny and new. What would also be nice is haptic feedback in the buttons.

I literally have nothing bad to say about this app. I use it daily and love how it transforms my phone into a proper working camera. Best app ever!
