Good App, Bad Customer Service

I purchased the paid version of the app which has the ability to recover photos of you forget your password. However, I could not set up this feature and was never contacted back when I reached out and asked for help. Then the next day after purchasing this app my account was charged again $10.81 from some foreign name. Not sure if this is related but I'm thinking it was.

It's glitchy it closes constantly in the middle of using it and you have to reopen it multiple times and it pisses me off!

I think this is an amazing app. If I have things I don't want others having access to then this is the place for it.

Good luck getting pictures back after you try to store them and delete the ones out of you library, that's when they only store 4 of them delete the rest and say you need to pay money for more photo room.. not to mention the constant advertisements. Just don't get this app it's absolutely horrible. I hate company's and ppl that are only out to make a buck instead of a good product that would maybe grow some real support.
