Good App, Bad Customer Service – Private Photo Album Vault Lock Review

I purchased the paid version of the app which has the ability to recover photos of you forget your password. However, I could not set up this feature and was never contacted back when I reached out and asked for help. Then the next day after purchasing this app my account was charged again $10.81 from some foreign name. Not sure if this is related but I'm thinking it was.
