App crashes

Open the app, click “next” three times, expect the program to begin ruining. It closes. I can’t do anything. Tried four times. Must be a bug with one of the recent updates, because I saw someone else commented with the same issue 3 days ago.

The App was wonderful when first released. Developer appears not to be updating their software, App crashes and will not work. I have reinstalled the app on my iPhone X, it does not work, unfortunately Canceling subscription.

The phone version keeps crashing before I can save an image. The tablet version does not allow image adjustments. There appears to be no way to contact the developer to solve the issues. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but the problem has not resolved. FIX IT PLEASE or issue a refund!
Won’t let me cancel subscription

Tried every link on website, App Store, confirmation email, app itself, nothing works to allow me to cancel subscription.
Why can’t I save my pictures anymore?

For the past week, there’s no option to save the pictures you create with it to your camera roll. You can only send them to people or post from the app. Why?? I paid for this and now I have to screenshot my creations and then modify that screenshot. Why would you take away the ability to save it to your camera roll? It makes no sense.

The app was great but now I can’t save photos or share them...so what’s the point. And there is no customer service even though it’s a paid subscription.
My copy of Prisma keeps crashing and fails to open.

My copy of Prisma fails to open and keeps crashing I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. To add insult to injury, I am paying a subscription fee to Apple/developer for a buggy app that does not function properly. Contacted developer customer service. We’ll see what they say.
Way to kill a great app!

Can no longer use the app because a subscription message that cannot be closed prevents users from getting started. Way to kill a great app!
Slow and crashes

When the program works it’s great but it slow to open and slow to run the filters, even on the latest iPhone. Today it will not launch. Crashes over and over.
