No working at all.
China me time
Bought a deal from Groupon, trying a few days to download the photos from their website, it did not help me load the photos. Then called them, being told to download the photos from app. a few times did not working still! No photos or a photo worked at all. Tried to even log in, keeping telling me time out, try it again later. Really waste my money at all!!! I want to give my stepson a birthday gift, now it is really ruining me now.
Can’t even sign on to use the app!

If i can give them negative 10 I would trust me. I purchased a Printerpix Wall Calendar via Groupon and it asked me to use a desktop to do it. After all the hassle of sending pics from my phone to my email then downloading to my laptop and then taking from my IG and FB, I was able to customized a 2018 calendar for about 2 hours. But when i put the voucher, it didnt even accept it! It was Dec 30, 2017 so i understand that it may be seen not until Jan2 (im realistic) but the thought of wasting days when it should have been used to process and ship my order is too iritating. I got a response on the 1st so im a bit hopeful. Then they ask me to send themthe original pdf of the voucher. What?! I sent them screen capture of the voucher and puchase info from Groupon app - twice (no option to email the exact voucher info to another recipient because i didnt choose gift to begin with). So if i just forward them the order confirmation, they would need to login to my account once they click the link so its useless. Then nothing! For 2 straight days no response, not even confirmation of the receipt or even a follow up of whether i sent them the right info or not. For a $5, im being inconvenient wow! Just wow! People, just go to a vendor that is KNOWN, TRUSTED and RELIABLE. This one is just a trying hard online store that cant even give a decent voucher. I purchased the same deal under Shutterfly and guess what, in just 15mins im done. I chose the cheapest mailing so i wont get it by the 16th. If i have not tried this Printerpix, i shouldve get my order by 12th.. oh well. Hope you people learn from my mistake.

I want to start by saying this has been an absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. I placed an order on 12/15 with a conformation email stating that my items would be to me no later than 12/27, only to find out I still won't receive them until 1/8. Almost 2 weeks after the order was suppose to be delivered!!! I don't know how this company has managed to stay afloat if this is how they treat customers. When I sent an email to someone requesting answers where my packages were, it took several days to hear from someone. When I finally got a conformation email, my items weren't even finished processing! Mind you this was on the 27th the last day that was estimated that they arrive and they weren't even completed. This is by far been the worst experience I have had with a printing company. These items were Christmas gifts and we had to substitute them. This should have never happened in the first place. I am completely disgusted with this company. And after multiple attempts to try to get my money back from this company still no answer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THEM!!!!!!!
