Absolutely love this game! A very unique look on the tile swap games! I have been playing it for years and haven’t got bored. You guys need to do an update to finally add more campaign levels!
Banned for no reason with no warning

And no explanation afterwards. I’m not entirely sure how I was even banned, as there was never any mention of player policy, no warnings, and no explanation. There was no chat system in place, so it’s obviously not a verbal dispute. I am unaware of any ways to cheat or hack the game, so there’s that. Really weird, otherwise a decent game.

The a.i is so aggressive and other levels are just unfair like protecting the tree with only 799 health but the enemies are like it has 2 waves that has 700 health. You only deserve a one star rating

How does one get banned from a free game?? There are people one here that are clearly cheating/hacking the game and I’m the one that gets banned?? “Contact support” doesn’t get you anywhere but in a loop or frustration.

I got this app when it first released and have tried to stick with it however I am done deleted all friends and the app from my IPad. Why, it has become about nothing but PvP which I hate. Originally there was a story quest but it hasn’t been added to in several years. The only way to advance is to grind like crazy in PvP or spend real world cash and it just isn’t worth it. At this point I would say do NOT waste time on this APP for anyone who is thinking of getting in now it’s not worth it!

I have been playing this game for 3 years, so let me first start off with a few positives. This is a great passive game if you have a little time to kill waiting for plane, bus, or whatever. I really enjoyed playing through the single player story mode. Also playing the challenges when the devs decide to actually update. However, recently this game has fallen off. There has been little to no support. Very few updates or changes to keep the game interesting and playable. Most recently I was banned from this game. You didn’t misread that, I was banned from a phone app! This is very confusing. I received a message that I had to “contact support”. I am not even able to log into the game to contact support. Seems broken, I think I’ll just delete the game and let it die.

Why Do the Arena Season Points Reset after every Season it’s Annoying! I’m trying to get to Phoenix level but can’t cause it keeps resetting to 1100 after every season. I got to 1300 but then I lost it all! Maybe make a check point after every like 250 points or so?Please fix other than that it’s a good game.
