Trapped in signup loop!

Really wonky installation where I’ve registered, sign in, try to “get started”, then get redirected to login. The only reason I’ve signed up for app is to collect a credit for a terrible food experience, so this is doubly frustrating. Next stop: Twitter with gnarly pics of the latter. Update: after MANY attempts, reinstall etc, I was able to break out of the loop ONLY by skipping the dietary preferences page. Based on the time I forever lost, my rating stands.

It would be nice e if it was point based vs drink based. Similar to Starbucks rewards program. That way you can at least use a reward for a free sandwich or salad. Since the run $7-$14

All my favorites are always on the shelves, except for Cashews which seemed to have disappeared completely. The PretPeople are friendly, helpful and (important here in the City) remember returning customers. ~J
App keeps crashing on iPhone X

This app keeps on crashing on my iPhone X, and I have no idea how to fix it. This is a recent problem: the app was working last week but today, it’s gone berserk.
The App works to charge you - but the “rewards” don’t work

If you like it for convenience it’s fine when it actually works (the system is down often). Don’t expect the “rewards” though. It doesn’t track them properly.

Horrible app. I tried to use my free coffee and not only did the app use my free coffee coupon but also charged my credit card for the same purchase. And on top of that, after over 24 hours, the customer service rep couldn’t even help me. Do not use the app!!
App crashes

App crashes immediately upon opening the app on my iPhone X. Never had an issue on my 6 prior to this phone. Uninstalling and reinstalling and shutting down my phone never works. Been trying for months. Please fix this bug in an update!!!!!
Add a favorites section and do points

I don't like to get drinks because I always drink water. You should change the reward system to points per dollar spent etc. to be more effective. I would definitely come to Pret more if you did that! Also, please add a favorites section so that I can favorite all the items I've tried already so I know which items I have yet to try! ?
