This app and how it is set up is scammy. Even if you cancel you didn’t really cancel because you have to go back to the first email you ever received from them or you won’t be able to cancel, even if they say you canceled on the App Store and they show you how on their website/app instructions you’re still not canceled, which makes this FRAUDULENT/ SCAM. I only found out how to cancel by reading other bad reviews about how other people are still being charged even after they canceled. HOW IS THIS APP STILL ON THE APP STORE.!?!? I canceled my subscription from the App Store since November but I’m still being charged weekly for it and it’s January. This APP is designed to make money in very unethical ways. They will get away with it too because there’s loops holes to keep them going. I say unethical because they Pray that you forget about it so you get charged weekly, they pray that you don’t have that email so you won’t cancel and won’t get your refund. If it was all in good faith, then make the subscriptions be canceled through the App Store simply, instead of an email which might get deleted, because mine was in spam and I got lucky by searching their name in my email. They have these extra steps because they know they are able to get away without refunding you. So DO NOT GET THIS APP. THERE ARE BETTER EFFECTS/Apps. I wouldn’t be surprised if their “good” or “top” reviews are paid for. This needs to be taken off the APP Store ASAP they’re literally robbing anyone unknowing. Their cancel instructions aren’t even the way you fully cancel, you will still get charged if you only cancel through the App Store. Right now I am hoping they refund me for all those months they charged me but knowing these shady type of apps, they’re not going to refund you. REPORT THIS APP DO NOT GET IT DELETE IT ASAP!

I downloaded and uninstalled the app the same day. Never signed up for a subscription. Somehow, I was charged $5 a week through apple and can’t find a customer service number in sight. I never even had a chance to use the app.

downloaded this for fun to see if it could make my photos look cool! it crashed three times, then when i finally got it to work, it said the photos i wanted to edit couldn’t be edited. i tried multiple photos and videos and got the same error. and then it crashed my entire phone. black screen, spinning loading sign, unable to do anything. so i couldn’t even use the app. also the prices are ridiculous.

I was to quick to subscribe because the app features decent features. Reading the reviews was an absolute nightmare. I am contacting my bank immediately to dispute. So many people have been robbed and charge weekly. If I get charged weekly, I’m reporting to my bank this app as FRAUD and SCAM. No discussion! I am writing a letter to Apple right now to ensure this company doesn’t have any of my information otherwise I will escalate the matter without hesitation. Absolutely unprofessional, grotesque, and embarrassing. Over filters? Before you guys write a response saying to email your support, I DID. Someone quickly needs to tell me how to unsubscribe the right way and not be constantly charged despite me only willing to pay $17 for a year. Anything more I will be a civil matter.
