i love the filters so much but the app crashes multiple times every time i use it and is extremely glitchy and laggy. love the features that come with the app though!

$5/week? They get access to your email info!

This app banks off the idea of you misreading the $5/week as $5/month. They should just say $20+/month. On top of that, I’ve been blasted by their ads non-stop via social media & the App Store…they intentionally don’t mention anything about the price to persuade you to download the app. Only once you have download the app then they throw the weighty subscription into your face. I don’t care to start a 3 day free trial only to find myself providing you my email info & unsubscribing both via App Store & their website. They make it more difficult than it has to be to unsubscribe, this again is to intentionally pull money from unsuspected customers. I don’t appreciate companies that pull this kind of crap. On top of all that I guarantee I’ll get a nice little customer service reply to my review here acting all sweet & friendly… malicious. Stop swindling people for their money.

I was so excited to finally use this app, but every time I try a filter or even upload anything, the upload crashes at 52% every time. I never usually pay for apps unless they’re worth it and I’m disappointed.

Why am I being charged every single week for this app LOL as I type I’m on the phone with Apple, what we both find strange as the rep is trying to unsubscribe to something I was never subscribed to were having a hard time. Not only that he noticed the day that this app was mysteriously subscribed to my account I was immediately charged and boy have I been being charged. I smell a “LIEN”

i saw this app in an ad on instagram and thought to myself that i needed to have it. it looks really well made and from the reviews it sounds like it is..which is where things get confusing. when i first installed the app, i went with the free version and tried importing in a photo to edit. the actual import was quick but after that, nothing has loaded on this app. i’m not sure what the problem is, but none of the filters or effects or anything will load. i’ve deleted the app and reinstalled hoping that would work but to no avail. i’ve also checked my internet connection and everything’s fine, which leads me to the conclusion that it’s the app’s problem. i really liked the previews i saw if this app and would really like to use it to edit my photos, but if i can’t seem to get anything to load, then i don’t think i’ll have much luck editing. i hope there is a solution to this problem because i truly would love to use this software.

I purchased a years gold subscription from your app and now it’s asking me to pay 5.99 a week for gold access. It shows in my active subscriptions as well as I have the receipt from Apple. It seems to be a good app but I’m starting to think there’s a scam going on. Please rectify this situation. I can see that some people may enjoy this app, but the customer service really needs to rectify this or give customers a refund if they can’t fix whatever “bug” is going on. I am actively logged in, I see my active subscription, and there is NO ACCESS!??‍♀️
