No excuse for no Apple Pay

The app is okay. Not as bad as a lot of food apps, but not great either. The real problem is no Apple Pay. It’s been years now since Apple Pay became available. There is absolutely no excuse for not providing the most private, secure, and easy payment option available. It’s disrespectful to your customer’s privacy and security to force them to upload their credit card information to your servers when Apple Pay exists and is easy to implement.

I always go to the Potbelly in Kildeer The nicest people working there! Max, Robert, Tim, Mark & Shelby are great examples of how employees treat customers with smiles , kindness and respect! I’ve been to other Potbelly’s & I choose to go to this particular one because of great customer service!!! And the Mediterranean salad is my favorite Keep up the good work!!!

I would have gladly used the app and probably eaten there more often but I don’t give out my number and don’t see any reason they would need it
Works fine, but auto-converts your points

Found out the hard way that the app auto-converts your points into a free sandwich, which then decays into nothing within a month. I was stuck in no-potbelly-country for 40 days, and now all my previously accumulated points are lost. Really, guys? Check other apps like Chipotle, or Blaze, or Starbucks, or Cafe Rio, or etc. - they all allow you to decide *yourself* when you want your bonus, instead of automatically using it up. Very disappointing. Oh, and open some more Potbelly's!!
