Horrible UX. Tells me something’s missing from my options but doesn’t say what is missing. Garbage app and totally useless if you need to customize at all. Needs more testing totally not ready for prime time.

As far as fast food apps go, this is the most user-friendly one. The interface is super user-friendly, and there are no glitches whatsoever.

I love their sandwiches, but the app isn't great. There's no easy way to find delivery status or ETA once you've ordered. Meanwhile on Seamless you can track the delivery person in real time, so this is a pretty poor experience in comparison.

The Potbelly app functionality is weak and crashes a lot. Please add the ability to scan or manually enter a missed purchase.
Changing location

It was difficult to change location, I had to go all the way back and change starting over because your app sight changed my choice sight using my app positioning and that’s not where I had chosen for my future orders to be picked up.
