So far, so good. You have to watch character counter when typing a message. It can be frustrating when you loose everything if you go over the limit. I haven't actually seen the finished product but I've heard good things, except for the advertising on the postcard. Other than that, no complaints so far.

I love not having to hunt for postcards while traveling. Being somewhat technically challenged I find the process confusing at times but I assume that will get better with experience.

Very simple and useful. Pity that does not read other alphabets but Latin . I tried once to write a postcard with Cyrillic alphabet but the postcard was sent full of "question marks" (?) , because the program didn't read the Cyrillic alphabet. Apart from it very nice.

Each time I try to use the two stamps I bought they fail to send. I am pretty good at using technology n I have entered info into each field correctly. I have emailed their support team n they have not replied in two weeks. When they did reply they offered little to no solution. Luca degli esposti was the support contact based out of italy and he would take far too long to respond. I had to open a dispute claim with PayPal to recover my refund because postino refused to pay me back. It sounds like I just had an isolated issue with the app considering it got some good reviews. Just hope nothing goes wrong because there will not be good customer service.

I quit sending postcards years ago, but since I discovered Postino, I have become a post card-aholic. It's easy and much more personal than a store bought card. My Postinos from Paris got home before I did, even via snail mail.

Love the convenience. Love being able to send pics. Having a little trouble with the text on the last line. Has cut off Love twice.
