App doesn’t work
Don's Use This App

Tried to buy stamps on the app to send postcards. Wouldn’t accept Discover or MasterCard. Used PayPal. App said there was a problem and they couldn’t process the request so I never got the stamps. But they had no problem charging my PayPal twice!

Have used this for years w/o problems. Now my physical cards all fail to send. Email cards did send. I have plenty of stamps. Guess I will look for a new app.

Although I have experienced some challenges (slow loading; puzzling directions), the co. has always been responsive to my email inquiries and the outcome had been well with the effort! I too hope the app continues to evolve with more font & border options.

When it works, it's brilliant. (and now it's working well!)

Update: The last three cards I have sent were received within 4-7 days, including processing. And the actual cards are amazing. Very impressed with how they have improved, so I'm bumping my rating from 3 to 5 stars. I've sent three cards with Postino. The first was a perfect experience. The second? Well it's been a month, and it's still processing. So is the third, which has been processing for over two weeks. I was told last week they would be sent within a few days by the developer, but so far, it's a no go. I bought 30 stamps so I really hope they get their act together. A tip: combine with other fun apps to make the collages or have the effects some have asked about. Just use a collage or photo effect app to create the image you want, save to your photo roll, and select it in Postino.

Send on Friday evening and received tr following Wednesday. Pretty fast! Card quality is great-hard and glossy. Print quality is good too. Size is typical of postcards. Overall, a great service!

I have a 6 mos. old and this is a great way to keep in touch with family members since he's growing so quickly. Four stars because it's a little expensive.

Sent a postcard August 30, 2011. The recipient is still waiting! The only thing I get from the creators is "Please continue to wait". Don't know how long people normally wait but considering I sent the thing within the US and I sent it within the same state-I thought it should be quicker.

Lost ALL stamp: BEWARE!

After buying a 7-pack of stamps, I lost all of them when I was supposed to have 4 left. They stopped answering my email, after I sent them the screenshot showing the zero stamps available on the app. Needless to say, do NOT buy anything from them, or else you run the risk of having everything wiped off!
