This app is very easy to use and works flawlessly. I have used it for postcards many times and the product is great quality.

This is absolutely the best way to make a grandparent’s day! Snap a great picture, upload it to a postcard, write a sweet message and it’s on its way! Couldn’t be easier to use. Postage is included and there are a variety of sizes and prices. I just used the pre-designed Mother’s Day card to send a personalized card I know my mother-in-law will love! Only drawback is that the delivery seems to be a week to a week and a half out...so you have to be on top of your game if you want cards to arrive on a specific date. I did notice with the Mother’s Day ordering it had a new feature that indicated when the card would arrive if you ordered by a certain date...so maybe they’re working on expediting the cards in a faster manner. All in all, so much joy from recipients for about 2 minutes and $3!

Love using this app, completely takes the effort out of staying connected with my family in Ireland whilst I live and travel in the US. If I didn’t have this I don’t think I’d keep as connected as much, especially with older relatives. Worth getting

I love this service! We are traveling on a six month trip and I can make one post card with pictures from our trip and send to all of our family. It lets me personalize each postcard without having to recreate it every time. The postcards are mailed in a timely manner and each family member has commented on the quality and uniqueness of the cards.

I have been absolutely loving Postsnap but maybe in a way that was different from what the creator intended. I’m a new mum and just didn’t have the time to make the baby book that everyone kept telling me I SHOULD make. Instead I’ve been sending beautiful cards and messages to my unborn baby. What’s more is that friends from around the world are also contributing. It’s brilliant!

Bought credit, app crashes before send

I get all the way to the end of creating my card and then it crashes right before the final steps to send. This has happened 5 times. I have the latest update and restarted my phone and it still crashes. I bought credits, excited to send cards and now I cant use it. I would like my money back or fix the app asap so I can actually send the post cards while on my trip.
