People still love getting things in the mail and I always receive an appreciative comment from those that receive a Postsnap. It’s nice to actually do something with your photos than just have them take up space on a device.

Terrible! Slow service

I downloaded this app to write to my son away at camp for 3 weeks. I ordered 3 cards 2 days apart It’s been 9 days and the first one isn’t reported to have arrived yet! Camp will be over before he receives any meanwhile he probably thinks I haven’t been writing! The concept of this service is great but they need to produce and mail faster and possibly offer an expedited option guaranteeing a fast delivery.

I enjoy using this app. It’s fairly priced, you do not have to buy a package of cards all at once if you don’t want to, although I do to save money, and it is easy to use. The only negative is that the postcards are not sent out quickly and consistently. Sometimes it takes two days and sometimes it can take up to four or five days before the card is mailed. At least that is the way it appears based on the confirmation emails I receive that the postcards were sent.

Grandmother Loves the large postcards

I’ve been using this ap to send postcards to my visually impaired grandmother. I send her the large size postcards, and they are HUGE! The ap is super easy to use. I singed one star because shipping is crazy slow. It took about three weeks before my grandmother received her first card. If they arrived within a week this would be a five star ap. We are shipping to a US address.
