Every time I tried ordering something the order would get canceled mid way through order, plus it takes along time for your refund to come through

I have been using Poshmark for a couple of months and I love it. The Only request I have is if the would lower the shipping fees other than that sales as been great ???

I love the Poshmark community. I would like to see more protection for sellers. Also star ratings can be improved, it is sad that customers can low rate sellers for something that is out of their control! I would like to be able to leave a reply to ratings. I would like to be able to organize my closet without moving all items around, maybe like a touch and drag.

I have sold a lot on Poshmark and they’ve made it simple to do, but they let anyone return an item for whatever the reason. The item can be returned if the seller false advertised, and they never explain to you “why” they returned it. They take 20% which is a lot. There’s no way to privately converse with another posher, and posh never gets back to you if you email them with an issue. I don’t believe it’s worth the 20% that we have to pay on every item. Sellers have to price our items higher to make up for it. We should be have a lot more for the 20% commission they take off of every item! Corporate should be jumping on every email they receive, at least. Instead you get completely ignored.

I’ve been on Poshmark for almost 2 years. It serves as a side business and a hobby! I wished the shipping cost was cheaper and the commission was cheaper the more sales you have! It’s easy to ship items and the customer service is awesome!!

I’ve sold quite a bit of stuff on here, and they are biased in my opinion. And a lot of the buyers make up stuff to void they’re “buyers remorse” so they can return stuff. Poshmark also takes a good amount of money as a “fee”, If you sell lots of smaller items, this is a good site, they’re shopping packages are small, and very one track minded. This is just my opinion and experience.

I joined Feb 2016. At first I wasn't really feelin it. I didn't post many items and they weren't the best snaps. But then I started buying items at reasonable prices that I wouldn't have been able to afford otherwise. And then it happened. After posting several items orders started to come in. Getting five stars and watching the cash accumulate was exciting. Loved making my sales look special as if arriving from a boutique. The posh love is abundant. Prospective buyers asking questions seem like friends. Positive for me for sure. If you're apprehensive just take it slow. Good luck❤️?
