Each time I try, it comes up with this error message "We couldn't connect to your device” Any resolutions?

Um not stupid, don't ask me those questions again.. Same network, app open & wifi no problem.. But, the app just fail to connect.

Love this. No longer need to use dropbox to transfer media files from computer to iPhone. Transfer is much faster too, goes 25MB/s over my wifi AC network. Love it

Get an error that it couldn't connect. Tried both safari and Chrome browsers. No help page on the website.
