NEEDS SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT

First of all, the app is not currently compatible with Live photos. I got a discount through Sweatcoin and I had a limited amount of time to use my promo code. So, I messaged the company about my issue of the live photos not loading. after almost an entire went by, they finally responded with a scarce response that did not solve the issue. anyway, i continued and tried using videos rather than lives. THE APP CONTINUED TO GLITCH. It would kick me out and make me start all over. (It was the only app opened on my phone.) They should also have an option to delete an individual video after selecting it instead of making you start over with all of your videos. Overall, I’m very unimpressed. Hopefully, these pops actually turn out nicely.

I love the idea, I think it’s super cute and good for sentimental pictures with friends & family that really captures the feelings in that moment! The only thing is that, for me at least, the app crashes very frequently, and since there is no way to save your progress (such as Pops you have already edited when you are adding several to your order), you have to start all over again! For others that may have experienced this issue, I just validate my order after every Pop, then go back and edit it to add another. It seems to work, perhaps it gives it a “break” so to speak? Regardless, it’s a very neat idea and I am excited for them to come in! It’s the app itself that could use some work.

Very frustrating

Tried several times to create just 5 mini pops and every time it would freeze up or not load my videos. I even let it try to upload over night and it was still not working by the morning. I had already purchased a Sweatcoin coupon for the app but got too frustrated with it to use the coupon. I’m sure the product would be cool if the app was more functional.

It took a long time to create my pops because the software is very slow and you cannot stop and continue, you have to do all of them at once. Pops doesn’t allow you to actually track your package, so you have no idea where it is. I found out about this service through sweatcoin, and thought that it should be reputable. My package’s estimated delivery was yesterday. I contacted support (which is through Facebook messenger?!!?!) asking for simple information like how would I know when my package had been delivered, etc. My messages were recieved and read and I have yet to get a response. Is this a scam??

I’m very upset that I haven’t receive my pictures I was supposed to receive them jun 18 an an I wrote to you guys an nobody want to reply to me I’ve been waiting on these photos for a gift for my husband an now that the I didn’t receive them I’m very upset with you guys

Even with the new update, none of the live photos work. Why make it an option if it says “video is too short for processing.” Just very frustrated and disappointing

I Ordered one of their 6 mini pack pops, and after ordering their app shows estimated time is 10 days, but my Pops Delivered in only 7 days. Which is Great service. Thanks

Bad Quality and Poor App

My prints all came out super dark even if the photo is outdoors in the sun. You can’t see the image unless you hold it up so light shines thru it. Also the range of my Live Photo is not what was printed. The app also does not let you make any changes and is very poorly made. I love the idea but the product isn’t well made. There should be quality control.

App was working great up until yesterday for some reason it logged me out and cant login into my previous account, had to create a new one just to get into the app, apparently my password is incorrect when it’s not, also when tried to click forgot password it says my email is not “valid” so cant even reset my password to get into my previous account where I have ordered in the past and currently want to check on a order that should be arriving soon.

I saw pops on sweatcoin and on a friends Snapchat... I thought pops were really cool but the quality on the app VS in person sucked because it made my pictures look terrible I didn’t get what I expected but maybe it was because the lighting of the photo but I will give pops another chance however ... Pops needs to work on A1 quality and send pictures exactly like on the app shows
