Doesn't connect

I should have read the reviews 1st. I usually do. This tries to connect to the TV and then drops that app on the TV. So it's worthless. Thanks
Why won't it work

Every time I try to open it, it opens, but it just shows lines and no names and when I try to open genres it just shows lines where the movie names are, how can I get it to work
Terrible / Waste / any other word indicating bad

Nothing visible. Cannot find one (1) single movie. Search feature does not return anything. Tap "Genres" but nothing is there. Tap "Que", then tap get a movie, nothing there. Nothing visible on home screen. No help option available. All windows within app are COMPLETELY blank

It's got kind of an old iPod touch look if anyone else had one and I've been searching a bit and none of the the movies are newer (2010-2017) but maybe I haven't been searching hard enough correct me if I'm wrong which I probably am. By the way the are 2 action categories just to let you know. And there isn't much of a selection (comparing to very popular things I.e Netflix, red box, etc.
