Got 1 scan out of 100’s to work. Can’t figure it out to get a good enough print.

Just like it says I bought the pro version and am still unable to scan and print that object with any detail at all. Hopefully the makers can help me. The only things that actually scan are the most basic 3-4 inch objects. Anything bigger then that or with detail forget it.
No iPhone 13 support

I found nothing wrong with the app generally but the one thing that I disliked was that I'd you wanted to use the lidar instead of the photo capture, you needed iPhone 12. I guess this app was made in that time when the 12 came out and was never updated since, but if a Dev. see this please add iPhone 13 support to the lidar feature.

This is the 6th 3d scanning app I’ve tried and it was by far the best. Thanks for allowing us to really see what our phones are capable of. I ended up buying the software in appreciation of the devs allowing so many features other want to charge for.

I have tested many LiDAR-based scan apps. I found PolyCam is the best. It has a good shader and some nice surprises, including the SLAM path animation, measurement, video output, and AR display. Besides, the user group on Instagram is wonderful.
Would like it… if it actually worked.

I tried doing different objects with the free trial and all of them failed. Not sure why, there was no message but it just said failed.

I gotta say. I loved this app from the beginning and surely it has grown, developed, and overcome. At first obstacle, I felt frustrated, especially after purchasing the annual subscription. However, after seeing the frequent updates and how feedback has actually been implemented, it’s clear the Polycam team is eager to deliver and exceed expectations. T a promoter of this app. It made the dock on my Home Screen! LiDar for 2022!!!
