This app is a total ripoff. They start you out with free chips which you end up losing. To continue playing, you must buy chips and they're not cheap. When you buy chips you end up being double & triple charged on your credit card. I'm in dispute now with Poker Heat, ITunes & my Visa card. They also have bots (robots) that end up winning the large pots. I had a full house (three deuces with King and 3 on board) I had Aces in the hole so no one can beat me. I went all in with 3Mil & the bot pulled a forth deuce. This happened 3 times to me. This app is addicting but a total ripoff. I won 1 place in the 3 day championship & was cheated out of my 1st prize winnings (approx.7Mil). I have deleted this app & suggest you save your time, money & total aggrevation.TOTAL RIPOFF.

I really like this game but when I want to purchase chips you do not give enough chips for the price. So I stop playing for awhile until I can build up some free chips enough to play.

I was rocking along with this game, enjoying it quite a bit. I actually spent $450 on chips. I had achieved Elite status, level 41 or so, had over $42 million in chips, had 62MM in bonus points (leading the second place player by 5x) well on my way to the next status and collecting a heck of a bonus when they crashed me. I attempted to link to my FB account and something went wrong and the connection was lost. When I tried to get back into the game, BAM! I was busted back to Amateur status, my chips were gone, and I was out of the running. I contacted their support people about the issue, asking that they restore all of my previous settings. They took 24 hours to respond and' asking me for the info I had supplied in the original support ticket. I again supplied the info. 24 hours later, they responded, saying they couldn't restore my status. What a crock. It's all DB driven and they could have restored me just by checking where I was before they hosed me. They asked for proof of my purchases which I supplied at 10 am on 2017-11-22. As of 3:10 pm on 2017-11-22, they have not responded. I'm certain I won't hear anything until after Thanksgiving because they are stonewalling me. No way to run a business. Truly a huge disappointment, if not an outright scam. Fun to play, but if you need support, it isn't going to happen.

Need help. Lots of fun. Love the unexpected bonus cash sure hope flops get better. Loli cannot access game at all keeps saying refresh. Lost several bonus chips

I initially liked this game but now it won’t even load, it’s stuck on the connection interrupted screen and when I press refresh it won’t even work. Thanks looks like I’m going back to Zynga! Fix it and I might come back!

I played the game for one day and really enjoyed it. However the game crashes a lot and now won't even load. Every time I try to open the app it says I need to refresh. I refresh and it says I need to refresh.

Unusable and very un trustworthy

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!!!!!! All was well until I made a $4.99 purchase for chips. The next day I was unable to log in. I have uninstalled the app, deleted the app from FB and sometimes it goes through the FB login steps and hangs or it throws the connection error and no matter how many times I refresh it errors again. The developer site doesn’t work and even reporting a bug through FB returns an error. So much for a refund since you can’t get ahold of anyone.
