Yeah it is cool and all but how can you find mew it’s so hard my granny played it 7 years and is on level thirty-tho and still has not found mew not even mewtho

This game is awesome I’m so addicted to it,but there is a problem. I don’t want to be the mean person, but I can’t lie that this game is a little frustrating because for one I keep running out of those Pokéballs and in battle I lose a lot. But otherwise this game is a great timesaver ???

It’s just that 20 poke balls should be more cheaper. And in the shop you should be able to search up any candy that you have at least 2 of. One candy for two poke coins

So, when I go to a gym, I click on it to take it over. But little do I know that it took an HOUR for me to get into it. Not joking. Also, to address the bigger problem. So I was on a trip to Canada, and I’m like: “oh let’s see if there are any Pokémon around” and when I open the game, it said my account did not exist. And I’m like: “WHAT THE HELL?!?!?” So can you please fix this so other players do not have to go through this depressing glitch. Edit: WHY THE HELL HAS THIS NOT EVEN BEEN NOTED ON?!?!? IT HAPPENED AGAIN AND NOW I WENT FROM HAVING TONS OF POKÉMON AND POKECOINS TO NOTHING! Can someone at least address that they see this problem and will try to fix it in the future? That at least would satisfy me.

I’m so frustrated. I can’t log in. I’ve sent MULTIPLE forms to tech support with zero response. I’ve changed my password. I’ve deleted and re downloaded the app. I can log into the website fine. But not the app. It’s been months. So over this.
