The app is an improvement over the old one,but it's not very fast to open. Fix that problem,then you will have a 5 star app.

They need to fix this so you can add or delete payees. I hate having to go to the library to use a computer. I have a phone & iPad & you have to use a computer to do that. You can't do it using the app.
