This app is a million times better than the pos that Apple gives you!

I've been using and enjoying this app for years. On iPhone 6+ it has in the last year or so gotten extremely choppy and more and more difficult to use. I don't think the 6+ is so old now in 2017 that it's reasonable for this to be happening, and most other apps I use don't have a problem. I even sent a message directly to the company about it several months ago before writing this review. Now I am unfortunately looking for a new app for my podcast listening needs. Too bad because I like the app otherwise.

I had the overcast app but found it had too many glitches. I like this app but wish they would add a comment section, make it easier to view the notes for each episode, and add a view or subscription counter for each podcast. I like that there are no screen ads or annual subscriptions to contend with unlike the other apps. I like that the app is simple to use but there are advanced options and that will let you personalize the app.

I downloaded podcruncher bc i found the iphone app for podcasts to be difficult to use. I like this app so much better. My only complaint is that when you use the search box, the display is screwed up so you can only search by author, there is no way to get to searching by title. Other than that, love it.

IOS 11 version = bad

I love this app and use it as default player. After upgrading to IOS 11, the app will not play for 10 to 15 seconds. Seems as if it doing some time of online catalog updating. Very frustrating. Play first. Check second.

Update: we did get an update last month but did not fix though crashing problem – when launching the app and a podcast episode it crashes still.(Update) With the release of 10.3 – this app crashes constantly, developer has not provided an update as of yet – will update review if app is fixed. This is my go to podcast app, as a blind IPhone user I really appreciate the effort of a developer who makes their products accessible
