Deleted from old phone due to space issues. Never really gave app a try and happy I reinstalled on new phone after 6th session with beginners level Ocean. Older runner and will be a nice alternate day activity.

There are yoga programs with more stuff, but pocket yoga has everything you need without stress.

I found the routines to be painfully repetitive and very boring. Will not be using it again.

This a great app for those who are already familiar with the poses. The app has some preset workouts that you can do in 3 different levels starting with beginner. If you haven't done any yoga before I would recommend in taking a beginner's class so you would know if you are performing the poses correctly. The app does walk you through each of the poses and has a section where there is a written description of how to do the poses.

The best yoga on the market currently. It doesn't seem cheap with the illustrations. I do miss the spirituality words of wisdom from my teacher if that could somehow be incorporated to choose a theme of inspiration with the practice would be amazing. I play my own playlist music when practicing. I do too wish there was more class options. I too am a beginner which narrows classes down since I can't do challenging poses. Thanks to the app makers!

I have some experience doing yoga, but it has been a few years since I have done it. I love this app. It gives great direction, reminding you of small adjustments to your posture that you should be aware of. It is a fabulous way to slowly work up to more advanced versions of the practice. It inspires me to do more and not wear myself down and dread exercising. Thanks for the inspiration.
