Love it

I've been using this app for years, it has helped me with my weight loss and work related stress. I'd recommend it to anyone that wants to try yoga for the first time instructions are simple and app is easy to use.

This isn’t much of a pocket yoga app
Caleb Kierum

The shortest sequence available is a whopping 30 minutes long. I don’t generally have that kind of time. Would appreciate 10 and 15 minute exercises.

Annoying and Disappointing
livelypsyche

I found the voice to be really annoying anytime she says “inhaaaaaaale” and “exhaaaaaaale”. I think it’s supposed to be slow and relaxing but really it’s like a robot is trying to tell me when to breath... and it’s wrong. I would be turning blue or hyperventilating if I actually listened to it. At one point the alternating yoga poses were just too quick and were starting to hurt my back. Since I’m not new to yoga and I’m in shape, this was surprising for an app marketed for beginners. Do not recommend for anyone, new or advanced yoga practitioners.

This app made me hate Yoga
Sharon0814

Don’t use this app if you just started doing Yoga. It’s really fast pace and it’s not the yoga that I usually do. I thought yoga is relaxing but the ones on here is not. Deleting this app soon.

Poo Watch integration and few improvements.
Juniorraz

This used to Bebi retry good when health apps took flight on the iPhone and also with Apple Watch but the same bugs and spotty integration with Apple Watch after over a year make this one of the poorer choices by now. You get the impression that this app has been put on the back burner.

So convenient!

I love the ability to have a guided yoga practice anytime, anywhere! If you have taken a class or two and know the basic poses, this is great. All I want is to have someone walk me through my 30, 45, or 60 minute practice. There are also sun salutations that I don’t use as much, but are also good.

Love this app!

I have found this to be so helpful. They offer different lengths for each class and this comes in handy if I have an unexpected gap in my day to fit in some yoga.

Distracting Voiceover
bromakshii

The instructor’s voice is terribly abrasive. She awkwardly elongates the words inhale and exhale throughout the entirety of the routine. The app itself is attractive, well designed, and easy to navigate, but is still a waste of money.

Great pocket yoga

Love having this with me wherever I go!

Perfect!

Terrific! Really perfect if you don’t want to spend 2 hours going to a yoga studio!
